My Story

I spent a decade betting on
everyone else's business.
Then I bet on my own.

For over a decade I was the person behind the scenes — building the systems, streamlining the operations, and making sure everything ran so that someone else could focus on growing their business. As Director of Operations at a Fortune 500 financial services firm, I helped build a thriving financial planning practice from the ground up, developed 15+ advisors, and helped oversee a district managing $350M in AUM. In 2023 I was named Staff Partner of the Year.

Then everything changed with AI. I saw how fast it could free business owners and their teams from the low-value, repetitive work that eats their days — if someone would just sit with them and show them how. So I built Prism Operations to be that someone: the guide who gets you onto the on-ramp of AI, trains your team, and leaves a champion behind who keeps the momentum going.

My Why

"I believe in being where your feet are. As a wife of almost 16 years and a mom to two incredible girls, presence is everything to me. I built Prism Operations because I want the freedom to show up fully — for my clients and for my family. My goal is a business that gives me that freedom, and my mission is to help you build one that does the same for you."
